Who am I? My name is Karla Kay. Kay actually really is my middle name, it's not a nickname or anything. (Just to clear that up.) I'm 22 years old, as of April 7th, and currently reside in Oregon, U.S.A. I'm quite a complicated person, to put it simply. I've got loads of opinions, but I'd never try to force another to see the way I do. People say I'm outgoing, yet shy at times. I've also heard that I'm a lunatic and borderline obnoxious! Haha. But I'm friendly, and I love meeting new people. Although one of my biggest pet peeves is being subjected to the stupid attitudes some people bring around me. I cannot stand racist people, rude people, close-minded people, and those who are just big arsehole idiots. I am currently majoring in Computer Programming, and webdesign. I love to design graphics and websites in my free time, read books (love Twilight and Harry Potter, lol) and my favorite thing to do is go to the movie theatre.
I have two dogs; one registered black lab named Bailey, and a St. Bernard/Black Lab mixture named Kailey. And contrary to popular belief, I did NOT try to give them matching names! I named Bailey, my first dog, when she was a puppy. Kailey we took home years later (already named), because her previous owners had to move, and they couldn't handle how hyper she was. I adore them with all my heart. BFFL. ♥

Why Blog?

Blogging is a stupid phrase. I don't know where it came from or who made it up, but it's just a retarded word. So let's go with Journal. Why do I have an online journal? Obviously it's not so I can tell the world my secrets, because then they wouldn't be secrets. Besides, who would want to read that? Not saying my journal entries are entertaining at all though. Which brings me to my point. Why have my journal on this site? Simply because I love to write, rant, BS, and just type-- to be honest. I beat my keyboarding computer game so I had to move onto something else! This site was not made just to entertain visitors, but to entertain myself. I like to keep track of my thoughts, and day to day happenings, and I love to design websites. I figure since I'm going to have a site, and an online journal then I might as well make more out of it and offer a bit of visitor content. That's also why I'm not entirely enthralled in slamming out tons of content. Of course there's always the fun part of having blog affiliates, since I do enjoy reading other people's entries and learning more about people through the things they think about and post in their sites.
In a nutshell, I "blog/journal" because it's fun. This site is a plaything for me.
